こんな特徴

花が盛り上がった砂糖菓子のようすから、英名がキャンディータフトといいます。

4弁花のうち、内側と外側の大きさが違うアンバランスな花形から、和名ではマガリバナといいます。

管理

日当たりと水はけのよい場所にタネを直まきします。直根性で移植を嫌います。ポット苗はそのまま根鉢を崩さず植えこみます。
