こんな特徴

葉は柑橘系の香りがします。小さい光沢のある肉厚の花がたくさん咲きます。5裂で星形の花が南十字星を思わせます。「サザンクロス」という流通名で、出回ることもあります。

管理

一般的には鉢植えですが、暖地では庭植えもできます。春と秋は日向に、夏は半日陰に置きます。冬は室内に取り込みます。

Crowea（Eriostemon）

The leaves have a citrus scent. Many small shiny thick flowers bloom. The star-shaped flowers with five fissures are reminiscent of the Southern Cross. It may be distributed under the distribution name “Southern Cross”.
Generally, it is a potted plant, but it can also be planted in the garden in warm regions. Place it in the sun in spring and autumn, and in the half shade in summer. In winter, take it indoors.
