こんな特徴
コムラサキシキブは、湿地や森林などに自生するムラサキシキブの園芸種です。6月～7月にかけて花が咲き、実は秋の9月～11月頃になるとムラサキ色の小さな果実をつけます。濃紫色の熟した実を収穫し、発酵させれば果実酒として楽しむこともできます。
管理
寒さや暑さには強い植物で、場所にこだわらないですが、一日中強い日差しが当たらないような場所に植えます。庭で育てるときは土が雨で湿る程度で十分です。土の表面が乾いてしまう場合のみ水やりをします。
