こんな特徴

ロウ細工のような黄色い花を咲かせます。中国原産の落葉樹。日本へ渡来したのは17世紀初めの江戸時代頃。ソシンロウバイ（素心蝋梅）、マンゲツロウバイ（満月蝋梅）、トウロウバイ（唐蝋梅）などがあります。よく栽培されているのはソシンロウバイで花全体が黄色です。

管理

土壌をあまり選ばず、日陰のところでもよく育つ丈夫な花木です。

It blooms yellow flowers like wax work. Deciduous tree native to China. I came to Japan around the Edo period in the early 17th century. There are Soshin Japanese allspice (Shinshin Japanese allspice), Mangets Japanese allspice (Full moon Japanese allspice), and Japanese allspice (Tang dynasty Japanese allspice). The most commonly cultivated is Soshinroubai, whose entire flower is yellow.
